Course for Sept 2017 full, next course January 2018
Do you want to get fit but are put off by going to classes, going out on your own, knowing where to start, lacking in confidence. Then this is the course for you. This course will only suit complete beginners and you have one fun motivational instructor plus marshalls that are going to help you all the way through the nine week course.
Designed to build up your fitness safely and we will start slowly, with some walking then a bit of jogging and slowly increase your fitness levels at a pace you are happy with. I will warm you up and stretch you off safely at the end. Its also a great way to meet new friends who you can buddy up with if you are unable to do two sessions a week with the whole group.
The course is payable upfront so your motivation is kept going, I will send you regular motivational messages, check on your well being and make sure you are happy with your progress.
There are two options to choose from:
Option 1 – 1 session a week with me for nine weeks £60
(you will need to do two other runs during the week, and hopefully you can buddy up
with other people in the group) Price includes running vest and medal
Option 2 – 2 sessions with me a week for nine weeks £110
(you will need to do 1 other session in the week)
The Session times are as follows
Monday 8.00 pm – Meet outside Southwater Junior school
Wednesday 8.00 p.m. Southwater Junior school
